PURPOSE:To output a signal with a desirable pulse width which is obtained by data decided in a data set means for the output from an integration circuit and to obtain an accurate pulse signal by properly controlling a switching means in terms of ON and OFF and properly selecting the data set in the data set means. CONSTITUTION:A system control circuit 1 loading a micro computer is connected to a data conversion means 4 with a data bus 2 and an address bus 3. And a conversion part 41 for individual data and a conversion part 42 for time data are provided and the circuit 41 outputs a signal GOUT which controls a gate circuit 5 in terms of ON and OFF, a signal GTRG which controls the make and brake of a gate circuit 6 and a polarity signal HL which shows an integrating direction of the integration circuit 8 according to the negative and positive polarities of time data preset in a time data preset part 421. Meanwhile the conversion part 42 outputs a trigger signal TG calculated in terms of the time data and a signal PW with the pulse width according to the time data. Thus the circuits 5 and 6 are controlled in terms of ON and OFF and the data set in the circuit 1 is properly selected.
