PURPOSE:To lengthen the effective length of an elastic shrinkage body by reversing the ends of both end openings of a tubular body and a braided reinforcing structural body inward, and sealingly fixing the ends together to closing members. CONSTITUTION:The opening ends of a tubular body 1 and a braided reinforcing structural body 2 are reversed inward and in one body, and the reversed parts 11 of the opening ends are fixed to a closing member 12 using suitable adhesives, for instance an epoxy resin adhesive. Consequently, since pressure fluid applied to an elastic shrinkage body enters the blind part of said reversed part 11 to deform the blind part into a expanded shape, a part related to the closing member 12 also functions as the effective length part of the elastic shrinkage body. Thus the effective length of the body can be lengthened.
