PURPOSE:To improve the manufacturing yield by rounding a green sheet having magnetic anisotropy in the direction orthogonal to the sheet plane into a cylinder and sintering it with this state being kept, thereby facilitating the manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:One or more green sheets having magnetic anisotropy in the direction orthogonal to the sheet plane are rounded into one cylinder, and the ends of each green sheet are abutted each other without jointing them or are made close to each other leaving a thin gap 12, and sintered in this state. Since both ends are not jointed, but lightly abutted or made close each other heaving the thin gap 12, this part will ease deformation, whereby the occurrence of breaking can be suppressed. If, after inserting the rounded green sheet into a jig, it is left alone for one to several days before sintering, plastic flow and stress relaxation somewhat occur, so the occurrence of breaking at the sintering time can be prevented further effectively by performing such leaving process.
