PURPOSE:To obtain a large-sized molded article having excellent fluidity in a mold as well as good elongation and brittle temperature without underfill, etc., even in the case of complicated shapes, by foaming a specific modified polyol and polyisocyanate using a low-molecular polyamine as a crosslinking agent. CONSTITUTION:A polyisocyanate and high-polymer which is a carboxyl-modified polyol at least partially having carboxyl groups in the molecule are used and at least partially a low-molecular polyamine as a crosslinking agent is added to carry out reaction, as necessary, in the presence of additives, e.g., a catalyst, foaming agent, etc., in a mold and produce an expanded or unexpanded and molded article. A modified polyether polyol or a compound expressed by the formula (Z is polyhydric alcohol; A is 2-4C alkylene; Y is dicarboxylic acid; m and n are 5-80; a is >=1; b is >=2; a+b is 3-8) is used as the modified polyol.
