PURPOSE:To produce a yarn having the same properties as the yarn produced by the doubling of plural raw yarns, by reeling plural cocoons in a cocoon- reeling hot water, doubling the obtained baves with a filament guide button, collecting with a kennel and, at the same time, aligning plural raw yarns fixed in the form of single yarn with sericin. CONSTITUTION:Baves 3 reeled in cocoon-reeling hot water in a reeling tank 7 keeping a specific reeling rate are doubled with a filament guide button 11 to obtain a yarn 4, which is passed through hourglass wheels 16, 17 and collected with a kennel 31. Plural baves 3 are bonded with each other with the dissolved sericin of the bave surface. Plural yarns 4 passed through the hourglass wheel 18 are collected to an hourglass wheel 20 and doubled while the sericin on the surface of the yarn 4 is not completely dried and the obtained doubled raw silk 32 is wound up. The bond between raw yarns is broken by the degumming of doubled raw silk of the warp of crape and twisted doubled yarn woven fabric, while the bond between the baves constituting the raw yarn is left unbroken.
