PURPOSE:To provide the titled primer containing a specific secondary amino alcohol compound as an essential component and exhibiting high adhesive or cohesive strength in coating or printing by a simple treatment. CONSTITUTION:The objective primer is produced by compounding about 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a compound of formula (R1 and R2 are 1-3C alkyl; R3 is 1-12C alkylene) (e.g. 2-dimethylaminoethanol, 4-dimethylamino-1-butanol, 4- diethylaminopropanol, dimethylaminopentanol, etc.) as an essential component to 100pts.wt. of a solvent such as acetone, chlorothene, methanol, etc.
