CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 4 installed in a working tank 1 detects the temperature of working liquid and outputs a detection signal, and said temperature detection signal is compared with a freezing danger temperature value and a freezing danger escape temperature value. Since the circulation control for the working liquid is automatically controlled, the inutile consumption of electric power in the case when working liquid is allowed to continue to circulate can be prevented, and the electric power consumption can be economized.
