PURPOSE:To certainly perform repairing, by a method wherein the position of the resin group and resin flow speed in a pipe is detected from the side of the launcher connected to the end of the pipe on the injection side of the filling resin to control the flow speed of the resin constant and this operation is repeated when the resin is blown through. CONSTITUTION:When the amount of the resin pushed in a pipe 1 is gradually reduced as the film due to a dose of the filling resin advances and blown through at last, the pressure of a pressure gauge 8 drops and the flow rate of a flowmeter 9 abruptly increases temporarily and this state is detected to open a flow control valve 16 and the displays of flowmeters 9, 17 are reset. A prescribed amount of the resin A is again injected in the launcher 2 and, after each valve is opened or closed and changed over, the position (l) of the resin group is measured at every predetermined time and flow control valves 11, 14 are controlled by the control apparatus 6 provided on the start end side of the pipe so as to make a resin flow speed constant.
