PURPOSE:To constitute the title mold so that hit flaws are not marked on a stamper or a mirror surface and to shorten exchange time of the stamper, by providing a device for releasing the holding of an outer circumferential stamper press and a device for holding the same under a state where the mold has been clamped. CONSTITUTION:A stamper 6 is held with an inner circumferential stamper press 7 and outer circumferential stamper press 10 in a cavity of a movable side mold 4, and molding of a disk is performed under this state. To exchange the stamper 6, the mold is clamped to begin with, compressed air is fed through air passage 21, 27 and a rotary ring 12 is turned by ejecting holding pins 17, 22 respectively against the force of springs 19, 24. Then when feed of the compressed air is stopped, the outer circumferential stamper press 10 is fixed to a stationary mold 2 side with the force of the spring 24. Then the stamper is removed by removing the inner circumferential stamper press 7 by breaking the mold.
