PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of running a plant by preparing mixed gas on the basis of generation amount, gas calory, consumption, storage amount and forecast load factor of different kinds of fuel gas. CONSTITUTION:Gases generated from a coke furnace 1, a blast furnace 2 and a converter 3 are stored in holders 4 respectively. Data of generated gas amount, gas calory, consumption of gas turbine plant 9 and storage of holder are collected in real time. On the base of these data and the forecast load factor of gas turbine plant 9 is prepared a mixed gas of required gas amount and calory by a regulator 8, so that the efficiency of plant can be improved.
