PURPOSE:To surely control an equipment without increasing the number of bits in a transmission format, by assigning an auxiliary code on a remainder bit in a control system, and checking the rightness of a control signal with both logics of a control under execution bit and an auxiliary code bit. CONSTITUTION:In the storage of the control signal by a control instruction detecting and storing part 7 and the generation of the transmission format by a code generating part 9, the remainder bit is assigned for an auxiliary bit which designates a controlled equipment targeted as an object by the control under execution. In other words, the auxiliary code instructs the equipment, the control state of which is changed, out of the controlled equipments targeted as the objects by a control under execution instruction as a logic (1) or (0). On a slave station side, equipment control based on a control data is outputted from the equipment corresponding to the auxiliary code (1), and for example, no errorneous control is generated even if an error exists in second-fourth control bits but the auxiliary code is correct because no execution is performed since it is zero, and adversely, no error is generated when no error exists in the control bit even when the error exists in the auxiliary code. In such way, it is possible to eliminate a malfunction and the erroneous control due to disturbance, etc., in a transmission system.
