摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately measure the surface temperature of a heat generating body by fixing the heat generating body which is formed by fixing metal, etc., in a thin wire or thin pipe vertically in stationary liquid, and processing temperature values of respective parts which are measured by feeding electricity to the heat generating body for heat generation. CONSTITUTION:The heat generating body 1 and a resistance bulb 2 are fixed vertically in the liquid 3 to be measured in a vacuum heat-insulated container 4. The heat generating body 1 is formed by fixing a metallic wire, metallic foil, etc., in the thin wire or thin pipe. This heating body 1 is powered on, the temperature difference DELTAthetaW between the heat generating body 1 and liquid 3 is measured continuously, and the rate of DELTAthetaW and the natural logarithmic value lnt of an elapsed time from the start of electric feeding is found when DELTAthetaW increases linearly with lnt. Then this ratio is compared with the heat conductivity of the liquid 3 by using >=2 kinds of current values to determine the form of the function (f) of the relational expression k=f (DELTAthetaW) between the ratio (k) of the surface temperature of the heat generating body and the temperature of the metallic wire, etc., and DELTAthetaW. Then, a relational expression characteristic to the heat generating body 1 is used to measure the surface temperature of the heat generating body 1 from the temperature difference between the temperature of the metallic wire, etc., in optional liquid and the temperature of the liquid.
