PURPOSE:To make lubricating oil feedable to a clutch, by holding hydraulic pressure in a lubricating oil passage with a seal member at the time of engine stoppage when a large quantity of lubricating oil is required because the countershaft built in a speed reducer fails to rotate and a one-way clutch races. CONSTITUTION:A one-way clutch 48 is set up between the countershaft 42 built in a speed reducer 3 and an intermediate gear 43a, and a lubricating oil passage 61 to be interconnected to this clutch 48 is formed in the inner part of the countershaft 42. And, a connecting member 47 for feeding lubricating oil is fitted in an inlet side edge of this lubricating oil passage 61, while there is provided with a seal member 60 which keeps a liquid seal between this connecting member 47 and the inlet side edge. With this constitution, even if such a state that the countershaft 42 is not rotated, the lubricating oil is made feedable to the clutch 48 owing to hydraulic pressure inside the lubricating oil passage 61. That is to say, at the time of engine stoppage when a large quantity of lubricating oil is required because the countershaft 42 fails to rotate and the clutch 48 races, the hydraulic pressure inside the lubricating oil passage 62 is kept up with the seal member 60.
