发明名称 REGULATING MECHANISM FOR SUCTION PRESSURE OF POWDER SUCTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily remove a jam in a powder and to stably obtain suction ability, by detecting the operation of a suction port so as to regulate an inducting amount of air of a secondary air intake valve in accordance with a number of the suction ports in operation. CONSTITUTION:During suction operation, a sensor 11, provided in each suction port 10, outputs a signal to a sequencer 13. The sequencer 13, on the basis of this input signal, detects the suction port 10 not in use closing an air intake valve 12. And secondary air is introduced by opening the intake valve 12 only for the suction port 10 in use of storage. In this way, in no relation to quantity of the suction ports 10, a suction pressure in a suction pipe 3 can be held almost to a fixed value. While the suction port 10, when it is jammed, places the intake valve 12 to be left as closed, accordingly the suction port 10 tends to attract air of the same amount in the time of normal operation from a jammed clear ance. Accordingly, attracting force reversely increases, and a jammed cutting chip comes to be easily removed.
