PURPOSE:To permit a deep foundation pile to be constructed with good efficiency by a method in which deep foundation bottom is excavated while supporting the pit wall by concrete with side footings and then concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A deep foundation 4 is excavated to form a wall, and a number of horizontal pits 12 are excavated on the lowest bottom. Concrete 13 is placed into the pits 12 to form the concrete 13 with side footings. Excavation for the side wall of the deep foundation is made to form the bottom 4a having a diameter gradually expanded from the uppermost stage to the lowest stage. Concrete is placed into the bottom 4a to form an expanded bottom foundation. The deep foundation pile can thus be quickly and safely constructed with good efficiency.
