PURPOSE:To prevent road injury and environmental dust pollution by arranging the constitution in such a way that an axis is so privided as to be free in taking in or out inside a cylinder and the axis is taken in or out by controlling a magnet provided inside the cylinder in a spike tyre for vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When the polarity of an electromagnet arranged opposite to a magnet 3 is controlled, the magnet 3 is inverted. Since the shape of the magnet 3 has become half cut shape by this inversion, the sum of the lengths of the magnet 3 and an axis 2 changes. Accordingly the axis comes out or retreats into the cylinder 1 and the top of the axis comes out to the tyre tread. Therefore it can be changed over to a normal tyre or spike tyre and the environmental pollution by dust can be prevented.
