PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of data reading and its time by reconstituting read data. CONSTITUTION:Input data are inputted to a data storage means 15 in order and stored. A selecting means 11 inputs the input data and outputs desired data as it is when the data is inputted from the 1st address of a data bus, but reconstitutes data by using the data stored in the data storage part 151 and the input data and then outputs the reconstituted data when the desired data is inputted from the middle of the data bus.
