PURPOSE:To provide a wide band having plural resonance frequencies by making a microstrip antenna for generating a right elliptically polarized wave and an MSA for generating a left elliptically polarized wave a pair, adjusting the positions of first and second feed points to generate a vertically polarized wave. CONSTITUTION:Connectors 5, 6 are attached to an earth conductor board 4 side. The internal conductor of the connector 5 is connected to the feed point 1c, the internal conductor of the connector 6 is connected to the feed point 2c and an electricity 2c is fed with the same amplitude to the feed points 1c and 2c. The MSA for generating the right elliptically polarized wave is constituted of a radiation conductor board 1, a dielectric material 3 and the earth conductor board 4. The MSA of generating the left elliptically polarized wave is constituted of a radiation conductor board 2, dielectric material 3 and earth conductor board 4. The MSA of the wide band can ba formed.
