PURPOSE:To stabilize the running of each cylinder by detecting the rotational acceleration of an engine for example immediately after the combustion in each cylinder to correct the acceleration for shortening an electromagnetic valve exciting time for a cylinder having large acceleration for example. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 101 generates pulse more than the number of cylinders at every two rotations of a crank. Also, a calculator 102 calculates the rotational acceleration of a crankshaft through respective outputs of the pulse generator 101 and a reference time generator 92. And a comparison calcula tor 10 compares first the rotational acceleration after combustion in each cylin der by the output of calculator 102 to generate a correction signal to an electro magnetic valve driving circuit 96 to shorten an electromagnetic valve exciting time in the corresponding cylinder larger than the average one for example. And at the same time said calculator receives an exhaust temperature signal form an amplifier 104 and generates to an electromagnetic valve driving circuit 96 a correction signal for shortening the electromagnetic valve exciting time in the corresponding cylinder having said time higher than the average one for example.
