PURPOSE:To prevent a slip, by calculating the slipping ratio according to the rotating speed of the driving wheels and non-driving wheels, and increasing the fuel feeding quantity to an engine, when said slipping ratio is over the preset value and a brake pedal is not operated, to raise the rotating speed of the driving wheels. CONSTITUTION:Rotating speed detecting means 2, 3 adapted to detect the rotating speed of driving wheels and non-driving wheels respectively, are set, and the slipping ratio S is calculating by a slipping ratio calculating means 5, according to the outputs of said detecting means 2, 3. This slipping ratio S is compared with the first preset value S1. When S>S1, a slipping ratio control means 7 is operated, and a fuel feeding means 8 is controlled by the output of this slipping ratio control means 7, to increase the fuel feeding quantity. By this matter, the rotating speed of the driving wheels is raised, for preventing a slip. At this time, if a brake pedal position detecting means 9 detects the operation of the brake pedal, the fuel feeding is stopped through the slipping ratio control means 7. Moreover, when the slipping ratio S is over the second preset value S2 (>S1), a clutch is disconnected for a preset period of time by a clutch control means 7'.
