PURPOSE:To make compact in vertical direction below a conveyor means, by arranging a lift drive means and a work drive means at the side of a screw socket member liftable/lowerable below the conveyor means and constructing an interlocking section of said lift drive means and the work drive means to be traversable. CONSTITUTION:During work, an interlocking section of a lift drive means and a work drive means move laterally to the side of a screw socket member 1 so as to interlock said member 1 with an interlocking section of the lift drive means (cylinder 5), i.e. an engage pin 3, thus lifting said member 1. At the same time, the work drive means is interlocked with the screw socket member 1 so as to cause tightening operation of said member 1. Consequently, it can be made compact vertically below a conveyor means C.
