PURPOSE:To switch over quickly injection speed without a response delay at the changing part of the rising and falling of injection speed by controlling the opening area of an injection nozzle with a specified controller. CONSTITUTION:Injection speed is controlled with a controller 30. The comparison between the actual screw position provided with a screw position detector 21 and the screw position set in a screw position setting device 31 is carried out with a comparator 33. When both positions coincide with each other, a read out signal is sent to an injection speed setting device 32 and is comparated with the actual screw speed detected with a screw speed detector 24, and then the opening degree of a nozzle valve 14 is increased or decreased under control, while feeding a control current to a comparative solenoid 17 until both speeds coincide with each other. Since the injection speed is controlled by changing the opening degree of the nozzle valve 14, the response delay at the changing part in the rising and falling of injection speed becomes small, whereby the injection speed may be quickly dropped or raised.
