PURPOSE:To analyze the analog signals with high efficiency by automatically changing the analog signals delivered from a D/A converting circuit into pictures and recording these pictures on a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converting circuit 4 converts the analog signals supplied through an input terminal 1 into the digital signals in the sampling signal period produced from a read sampling signal generating circuit 7. A digital picture memory part 5 writes successively those digital signals to array and store them. Then a standard TV synchronizing clock signal generating circuit 8 produces a standard TV synchronizing clock signal with a recording start signal supplied from an input terminal 3. A D/A converting circuit 6 converts the digital signals read successively out of a digital picture memory part 5 in a standard TV synchronizing clock signal period into the analog signals in said synchronizing clock signal period. A standard VTR device 10 supplies and records these analog signals on a magnetic tape. Thus the analog signals are quickly analyzed.
