PURPOSE:To effectively clamp a core with a gap and a yoke without overheating of tie rods due to a large eddy current loss by inserting two tie rods via the through holes of the core, and tighten the large-diameter rod attached to the end with a large-diameter nut. CONSTITUTION:Yokes 2, 21 are disposed at both laminating direction ends of a core C with a gap, and two tie rods 7, 8 made of a nonmagnetic material and having threaded slots at both ends are inserted to the through holes of the core C. The end has a through hole to which one tie rod 8 is inserted and a female threaded hole with which the other rod 7 is engaged, and large- diameter rods 9, 13 formed with threaded slots on the outer peripheries are disposed. Further, one rod 8 is inserted to the through holes of the rods 9, 13, tighten from outside by first nuts 15, 16, the other rod 7 is engaged with the female threaded holes of the rods 9, 13, and a spring 12 for pressurizing the yoke 2 is engaged with the rods 9, 13 to tighten from outside with a second nut 10.
