PURPOSE:To carry out a brake oil changing operation by one person by forcedly sending new brake oil into a reserve tank while preventing the oil level from rising, sending said new oil into a brake pipe by operating a brake pedal, and pushing out old oil. CONSTITUTION:As a nozzle device 14 is installed by one-touch to a reserve tank 50 in a vehicle, new oil in an oil tank 3 is forcedly sent into the reserve tank 50 by means of a pump 8. When its oil level exceeds a defined height, the oil is sucked up by a pump 9 and returned to the tank 3. Accordingly, the oil level in the reserve tank 50 can be always kept constant. And, by operating a brake pedal 52, the new oil is pushed out into each of wheel cylinders 53 via pipes 54 and, accompanying this, old oil is discharged into an oil discharge tank 4 via bleeder valves 55 and oil discharge pipes 18, respectively. Accordingly, the operation can be carried out by one person while the oil quantity in the reserve tank 50 can be kept constant, enabling a rapid braking operation.
