PURPOSE:To remove burr without damaging the bore part of a work, by a method wherein burr on the outer peripheral surface of a work and a part of burrs in a longitudinal direction on the inner peripheral surface thereof are removed, a cutter is pulled off, and after removal of burr on the inner peripheral surface is subsequently removed, a blade tool is pulled off from the work. CONSTITUTION:When a work 1 is set to a temporary positioning pin and a set V-block 22 to strike a starting lever, a cylinder 24 for fastening a jig is slid, and the work 1 is clamped by a jig fastening V-block 23. In this case, the positioning pin 1 is escaped from the work 1, a collect cutter 27 is lowered lowered through the working of a cylinder 28 and enters in the direction of a central line from the end surface of the work 1, and burrs 3 and 4 and a part of a burr 6 are removed. A cutter 27 is raised through the reverse motion of the cylinder 28, and is pulled off from the work 1. Thereafter, a jig table 25 is moved rightward, and the work 1 is brought into a state that it is positioned in a spot right below a burr removing holder 29, the holder 29 is forced to enter the work 1, and the holder 29 is rotated in a 270 deg.C arc in a central angle with the aid of a motor 31. This constitution enables complete removal of the burrs 5 and 6.
