PURPOSE:To realize the stepless and continuous control of the liquid temperature in a storage tank with high accuracy by storing a housing containing a heater and a cooler joined in one body into the tank. CONSTITUTION:A liquid (a) to be controlled drops inside of a covering matter 2 via a supply path 1 and flows outside of the matter 2 to be discharged outside of from a guide matter 3 via a through hole (i). This discharged liquid (a) is supplied and stored in a storage tank T via a cavity (d) formed at the lower end of a housing V. While a control liquid (b) supplied from a flow-in path 8 flows spirally in a cooler K and is discharged outside of the housing V via a flow-out path 9. Then the heat exchange is carried out between the liquid (b) flowing the cooler K and the liquid (a) flowing the housing V. At the same time, the liquid (a) is heated by a heater H. In such a way, the stepless and continuous control is secured with those liquids. Then even the liquid (a) in the tank T is also directly heated and cooled with high accuracy.
