PURPOSE:To secure the maximum hot water delivery rate by employing a connecting pipe connected to a tap as a not water supply pipe by a constitution in which when hot water delivery is resumed, a valve device is actuated to open a circuit from a bypass line a connecting pipe so that hot water from a heat absorber can reach to the tap by way of both the hot water supply pipe and connecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:When a tap 2 is opened, a normally closed water flow switch 16 is opened, because a water flow is generated in a water line 14, to discontinue the electricity to a parallel circuit of a three-way valve 41 and a pump P. Hot water from a heat absorbing pipe 10 in a heat exchanger flows from a hot water pipe 11 and a connecting pipe 12 to the tap 2 from which hot water is delivered. When the tap 2 is closed, water ceases to flow in the water line 14 and the heat absorbing pipe 10 becomes closed. However, when the detection temperature at a thermistor S becomes lower than the set temperature, an output switch is closed to activate both the three- way valve 41 and pump P. The circuit is then opened to allow the combustion at a burner 3. Water in the closed circuit of the heat absorbing pipe 10, hot water supply pipe 11 and connecting pipe 12 is recirculated and heated so that it may be maintained always at a set temperature.
