PURPOSE:To eliminate rugged parts injunction parts to improve the quality by attracting positioned facets by vacuum and filling a resin cured by ultraviolet rays in junction parts in this state and bringing a circular glass substrate into contact with the resin to fix it by adhesion. CONSTITUTION:An air exhauster is used where a radial synthetic rubber holding frame 5 having the same shape as the central part and joint parts of a hologram disk is set in an air intake, and joint parts of facets 1 are positioned on the holding frame 5 with a hologram 4 arranged under facets. Air is discharged in this state to fix positioned facets, and a resin 6 cured by ultraviolet rays is charged to the joint parts, and the resin cured by ultraviolet rays is coated on the rear faces of facets 1, and a glass substrate 2 is brought into contact with the facets, and ultraviolet rays are projected to harden the resin, thus completing the hologram disk. Thus, recessed parts on joints of the facets 1 are considerably reduced and the quality of copied hologram disks is improved.
