PURPOSE:To obtain an almost complete envelope by means of an extremely simple constitution by providing the titled device with a pad means for specifying the shape of a rotary head and pressing a tape to a head. CONSTITUTION:The position of a front tip of the rotary head 2 is shifted upward from the center of a core 9. Namely, a value A0 is extended. Although the envelope on the inlet side is almost complete in said shape, a lack of the envelope on the outlet side is increased. Thereby, head abutting on the outlet side is surely obtained by the pad means 12 and the almost complete envelope can be obtained from both the envelopes. When the envelope on the outlet side is almost completely set up by the front shape of the head, the pad means is arranged on the inlet side.
