PURPOSE:To make it possible to assemble easily by accommodating an oil pump and an oil motor in the left side inner case and an oil charge pump and an oil motor in the right side inner case, respectively. CONSTITUTION:This hydraulic transmission 13 furnishes an oil pump 27 and two oil motors 29, 29 driven by the oil pump 27, deceleration mechanisms 31, 31 arranged between the oil motors 29, 29 and the right side and the left side axles 21, 21, a mission case 33, and the like, and the right side and the left side axles 21, 21 are arranged coaxially. The right end of a driving shaft 55 is penetrated through a bearing hole 83 on a base plate 35, and projected to the right side fixing surface 35B of the base plate 35. Also, just at this position, a gear type oil pump is furnished as an oil change pump 85 to feed the oil to a suction port 57 of the oil pump 27.
