PURPOSE:To facilitate the development of programs by dividing system programs into an indispensable program and a conditional program. CONSTITUTION:System programs are divided into an indispensable programs A which are started by the dispersion of load and a conditional programs B which are started by the dispersion of functions. The programs A are allocated to the same addresses A0-Ai in common to all processors 1-1-1-n within the address spaces of the memories 2-1-2-n packaged into the processors 1-1-1-n. While the programs B are allocated to the same addresses Aj-An among processors of the same function in the order of older numbers within the address spaces of the memories 3-2-3-n which are additionally packaged into only the processors having the desired functions.
