SPRAY CAR FOR WINDING AUTOMATIC RUNNING HOSE

PURPOSE:To efficiently perform spraying operation by providing a bearing frame stand on a dolly and fitting a reel shaft for winding a hose thereto and providing a clutch fitted with a driving sprocket to this shaft and enabling the hose to be wound and unwound on/from a reel. CONSTITUTION:A bearing stand A is provided on a dolly and a controlling chamber 33 having a built-in electric controlling board is provided to the rear part thereof. Further a shaft fitted with a reel 17 for winding a hose 23 is provided to the bearing stand A. A clutch 16 fitted with a sprocket 15 is equipped to one side of the shaft and a sprocket 18 is provided to the other side thereof. Furthermore a corrugated plate 26 is fitted to the single side of the reel 17 and many rollers 25 which are constituted by providing many compressed springs 27 to the leg parts are radiately provided to the tip of the shaft while touching the inner face of the plate 26. Further a hole is bored on the base plate of trestle 22 which is provided on the bearing stand A and used for arranging the hose and a grooved shaft 21 is penetrated therethrough and provided and a supporting frame 30 fitted with a hose guiding roller is arranged.
