PURPOSE:To enable a dispersed condition to be realized while keeping a flow deflecting effect under a biasing shielding member, clarify the direction of flow through the dispersion member and eliminate a direction indicating means by a method wherein the flow deflecting member is composed of the dispersion member of which inclination angle to the axis of a flow passage is varied with axial movement of the biasing shield member and a control device for controlling the direction of the dispersion member is provided. CONSTITUTION:In case that a biasing shield member 13 is moved to the upper-most upstream side, a dispersion member 16 is abutted against a second engaging member 23 and its rotational angle alpha becomes about 90 deg. and a flow outputted from a nozzle is directed upwardly as viewed in the figure. The flow is adhered to the entire circumference of a guide wall 12 under the biasing action of the dispersion member and then it shows a dispersion state in which the flow is uniformly blown in an entire lateral direction as viewed in the figure. A blowing air temperature sensor 51 is fixed to the dispersion member 16, temperature of the air blown from a nozzle 10 is detected. If the temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature, the dispersion member 16 is made substantially horizontal and in turn if the value is higher than the set value, a switch SW2 of a motor 17a is turned ON and so the dispersion member 16 can be inclined.
