PURPOSE:To send information to other even when one of a center equipment and a terminal equipment is busy by storing each telephone number corresponding to the center equipment and the terminal equipment respectively in a storage means, selecting any of the stored telephone numbers and applying automatic dialing. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal station 2 detects the occurrence of a fire based on an output of a sensor 15, a signal representing the occurrence of fire is fed to a control section 17. The control section 17 reads a telephone number corresponding to a sensor 3 sending a NF signal being a first priority from a telephone number storage section 14. The control section 17 dials the telephone number to an exchange 8 based on the telephone number. If the center equipment 3 is busy with other terminal station and cannot respond, the dialing to the center equipment 3 is interrupted. Then a signal selection storage section 13 reads the FS signal of a 2nd priority. The control section 17 dials the telephone number corresponding to a subcenter equipment 4 based on the said telephone number to an exchange 8.
