PURPOSE:To decrease loss time at the time of information reproduction by providing regions for identifying the termination of the information track arrangements in respective blocks by using plural tracks at the ends of respective bands and consisting said regions of the signals which can be reproduced by the same demodulation system as for the other regions. CONSTITUTION:The information tracks 4 are arrayed in an arrow A direction and 92 pieces of the continuous information tracks 4 constitute one block 32. 32 Pieces of the blocks 32 are arranged in the arrow A direction and the band termination region 61 continue from 4 tracks after the final block of the band 3 to constitute the band 3. Since the termination of the bands is quickly and exactly detected, the loss time at the time of access to the ensuing bands is eliminated and the high speed access characteristic is improved.
