PURPOSE:To simply perform a die operation and to reduce working cost by moving one group of segmental dies simultaneously in the width direction, centering automatically in the width center, further, by simultaneously saving the segmental dies other than the one having a required width. CONSTITUTION:A rod 65 is inserted into a supporting frame 63 of the die and a fixed spline shaft 69 and rotating spline shaft 71 both having equal length and diameter are disposed and plural splitted segmental dies 55 are abutted on both shafts 69, 71 in abutted state. At this time, the die holder 75 is moved in the right and left directions through a flange 73. A first rack 81 of the frame 63 and a 2nd rack 83 of the die holder 75 are meshed through a pinion 85 to perform automatic centering of one group of the segmental dies 55. The alternation of the die width is performed only by moving the supporting frame 63 in a prescribed value, the operation of the die is simply performed and the working cost is reduced.
