PURPOSE:To efficiently send an input data without loss by inputting the data at a preset time and sending the data to a host computer when the preset data is stored. CONSTITUTION:A data quantity 35 sent by an operation support input means 3 and a data input time 36 are inputted and it is stored in an input time storage means 13. Then the time elapses and the time is counted by a clock means 5 and when the time and the data input time stored in the said time storage means 14 are coincident, a data input request signal is given to the control means 4 from the comparison means 14 and the control means 4 inputs the data such as various meter values 20 to the data input means 2 and the input data is stored in a data storage means 8. When the data quantity stored in the data storage means 8 reaches the sent data quantity 35, a transmission request signal is sent to the control means 4 from the data storage detection means 12.
