PURPOSE:To damp the serial resonance and to prevent the malfunctions of an internal circuit by putting the dampling elements containing coils and resistances connected in parallel between the internal circuit and the high and low potential side power supply points respectively. CONSTITUTION:A coil L1 and a resistance R1 are set between a high potential side power supply point VC and a high potential side power supply input terminal. While a coil L2 and a resistance R2 are set between allow potential side power supply point VE and a low potential side power supply input terminal. In such a constitution, the alternating currents produced by the serial resonance due to the parasitic inductances L11-L3n and the parasitic capacities C11-C2n can be damped and the malfunctions of an internal circuit 2 can be avoided.
