PURPOSE:To attain small size, stability and to improve the vibration proof by mounting the entire oscillator to a multi-layer substrate and providing a resonator part requiring the shield effect on the circuit constitution to the intermediate layer with a ground layer provided on its upper/lower layer. CONSTITUTION:A circuit pattern 7 is arranged to a last layer 12A on five-layer substrate as a drive circuit part of the oscillator, a microstrip line 9 is arranged to a 3rd layer 12C of the resonator part, and ground layers 8, 10 are provided as 2nd and 4th layers via a dielectric 12. The multi-layer substrate is used for the oscillator and the line 9 of the resonator is placed in the inside in this way, then the external shield effect is increased and since the space between the resonator and the shield case is buried by the dielectric 12, the vibration resistance effect is also obtained, and the mass-productivity is made effective in addition to the small size and stable configuration.
