PURPOSE:To execute the index while opponent subscriber information is confirmed and to attain rapidly an auto dial transmission without damaging practicability by equipping a counter to count a transmitting frequency and displaying subscriber information at plural displays in the order of the transmitting frequency. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting frequency counter 2-3 to count the dial- transmitted frequency is provided, opponent subscriber information is displayed at plural displays 1-5-1-1-5-10 in the order of the transmitting frequency by the operation of a simple index key group 1-1, desired opponent subscriber information is selected, the transmitting operation is executed and thus, the opponent subscriber number is automatically sent by a dial. When the transmitting operation is not executed and a retrieving operation is executed, the opponent subscriber number, an opponent subscriber address, etc., corresponding to the opponent subscriber name can be retrieved. Thus, by giving a priority from an important opponent subscriber, the index can be executed at plural display units, the opponent subscriber can be selected at a glance and therefore, transmitting can be rapidly executed.
