PURPOSE:To reproduce a frequency signal and a waveform signal with a good accuracy even when an oscillation and a rocking occur at the fitting part of a receiving means by detecting the displacement of the fitting part of a receiving signal and correcting a receiving signal in accordance with the displacement. CONSTITUTION:Even when a base providing a parabolic antenna 1 is oscillated and rocked, the oscillation and the rocking are detected by an accelerating sensor 2, and by converting them to the displacement and the displacing speed with an integrator 4, and a signal correcting part 5 corrects the output signal waveform of a receiving part 3 corresponding to the oscillation and the rocking. Consequently, as the output of the signal correcting part 5, the parabolic antenna 1 is provided at a strong base in which the oscillating and the rocking do not occur and the receiving signal of the same waveform as the received one can be obtained.
