PURPOSE:To reduce a circuit scale to be processed by one circuit to a large extent and to wholly dispense with manual adjustment work, by selecting one of the operation state signals of a plurality of detectors and setting the mu-factor of an operational amplifier in correspondence with the signal level of the selected state signal. CONSTITUTION:A switch 11 selects one of the operation state signals of a plurality of detectors according to the selection order signal (a) given from a tester 2 and sends out the same to a setting switch 12. The switch 12 sets the combination of the resistors in a resistor array 13 according to the setting order signal (b) given from the tester 2 so that the mu-factor of an operational amplifier 14 becomes proper to the operation state signal selected and outputted by the switch 11. Herein, a set resistance value becomes the value of input resistor R1 of the amplifier 14. The amplifier 14 amplifies the operation state signal selected and outputted by the switch 11 on the basis of the mu-factor determined by the ratio of a feedback resistor and the resistor R1 to bring said signal to an appropriate output level and outputs the same to a comparing circuit 15. The circuit 15 compares the magnitude relation between a set reference level and the output level of the amplifier 14 to output a judge signal to the tester 2.
