PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of inclining a load carrying platform to the car body frame and lifting, the load carrying platform to the parallel condition to the car body frame, facilitating the changeover of the load carrying platform between the dump condition and the lift condition. CONSTITUTION:When a load carrying platform 3 is to be dumped, the hooking, by a hooking bolt 35, of a hooking body 23 provided at the front end of a lower guide rail 4 is released by rotating a control lever 33. In this condition, a hydraulic cylinder 15 is extended to rotate an inside supporting body 14, along with an upper guide rail 6 and an outside supporting body 13, with an axis 25 as the center tilting the load carrying platform 3 into the dump condition. Next when the load carrying platform 3 is to be used in the lifted condition, the hydraulic cylinder 15 is extended in the condition where the hooking bolt 35 is set to the hooking body. Hereby the inside and outside supporting bodies 14, 13 are rotated with the axes 25, 24 as the center and engaging rollers 22, 11 of each supporting body 14, 14 are shifted rearward along lower guide rails 6, 4 elevating the load carrying platform 3 in parallel condition.
