PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device improved in image quality by enhancing a resolution.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic inspection device comprises: a plurality of transducers which are arrayed in a row; a selection circuit which causes the plurality of transducers selected from the plurality of transducers to transmit an ultrasonic pulse and to receive a reception signal; and a digital signal processing circuit which executes a first operation of symmetrically delaying a plurality of odd-numbered reception signals arranged corresponding to the array direction on both sides with one central signal as the center to add each other, and a second operation of symmetrically delaying a plurality of even-numbered reception signals corresponding to the array direction on both sides with the space between the two central signals as the center to add each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
