PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saccharification monitoring control device and a saccharification monitoring control method of lignocellulosic biomass in which abnormality is detected in real-time and which are capable of securing uniform flowability.SOLUTION: A saccharification monitoring control device of lignocellulosic biomass comprises: a Brix scale; a differential pressure gauge installed to an upper part of a saccharification vessel; a differential pressure gauge installed to a lower part of the saccharification vessel; a differential pressure difference measuring part of the differential pressure gauge which are installed to the upper part and the lower part of the saccharification vessel; and a control board which monitors and controls saccharification by using Brix concentration of saccharified liquid measured by the Brix scale and a differential pressure differences between upper and lower parts of the saccharification vessel measured by the differential pressure difference measuring part as two indicators.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
