PURPOSE:To eliminate the lead wire processing work of an operator by contacting the electric circuit of a control substrate with a stator coil, brushes at first and second contacts to be electrically connected. CONSTITUTION:The electric terminals 54, 55 of a control substrate 39 are electrically connected via first and second contact springs 49, 50 with the coils 45, 46 of a stator 33, and a brush holder 60. Then, the lead wires 64, 65 of the other ends of the cord 62 of a cord reel 63 for containing the cord 62 having a plug 61 at the end are wired to the power terminals 54, 55 of the substrate 39 protruding from the blower 31. Thus, a motor-driven blower 31 is electrically connected via the first and second contact springs 49, 50 merely by setting the stator 33, the substrate 39 and the holder 60 in a casing 35, thereby eliminating the work for wiring the inner lead wires of the blower 31 by an operator.
