PURPOSE:To reduce the occupied area and quickly feed a tray by providing the tray having a collar section on the outer periphery and multiple rotary members each having a spiral guide section hooking the collar section on the periphery and holding the tray in a nearly horizontal state. CONSTITUTION:A tray 19 having a collar section 19b on the outer periphery and multiple rotary members 12-15 each having a spiral guide section 21 hooking the collar section 19b on the periphery are provided, and the tray 19 is held in a nearly horizontal state. Then, the collar section 19b of the tray 19 is hooked with the spiral guide section 21 formed on the periphery of the rotary members 12-15 which can be optionally rotated or stopped, thereby the tray 19 is held in a horizontal state and can be quickly fed while kept at this state. Accordingly, this device can be made simple and small-sized, the occupied area is reduced, and the tray 19 can be quickly fed.
