PURPOSE:To stabilize a lubricating oil level, by forming a recess in a surface at the cylinder side that is the more outer side than a cylinder outer diameter and the more inner side than an upper side plate outer circumferential part, and installing a vent hole, interconnecting this recess to a roller inner diameter part, in the upper side plate. CONSTITUTION:An outer diameter art of an upper side plate 5 is made larger than that of a cylinder 3, and a recess 13 is formed in a surface at side of the cylinder 3 that is more outside than the cylinder 3 outer diameter and the more inner side than the upper side plate outer circumferential part. And, a vent hole 14, interconnecting this recess 13 to the inner diameter part of a roller 4, is bored in the upper side plate 5. Therefore, spouted lubricating oil collides with this recess 13 and then it is speedily dropped on a lubricating oil level at the bottom of a casing 1 so that the oil level is thus stabilized.
