PURPOSE:To achieve the enlargement of storage space for cargos in a cargo room, by enabling the space above the wheel of a spare tire to be utilized as a housing space for equipment such as tools, waste, and wax. CONSTITUTION:A spare tire housing part has a floor panel 2 which is provided with a projected part corresponding to the central recessed part D of a spare tire C, and a cargo-room floor plate 3 with which the spare tire C is covered. In the cargo-room floor plate 3, a supporting body 30 which has been recessed so as to correspond to the central recessed part D of the spare tire C is formed. On the upper open surface of the supporting body 30, a cover body 6 being flush with the cargo-room floor plate 3 is fitted, so that the upper part of the supporting body 30 is formed as a housing part 7.
